Settlements

We will charge 10 % comission only from orders that have been executed. We will deduct manufacturing costs and pay them to the manufacturer.  Settlements are done every Monday when the sum is over 50 euros. You can follow your settlements reports in your administration panel and also print out reports which you need for your own bookkeeping. Exception is if you use co-operative society then you should read the instructions below.

 

• You can see your balance in Settlements page. If you use co-operative society billing system change your account type to privat person.

• When you have minimum of 50 euros sum in your kuvatilaus balance you can create a bill to kuvatilaus in your co-operative society system (Note: sum includes VAT).

• After that you have to also make a withdrawal in kuvatilaus by pushing the button “MAKE WITHDRAWAL” and add the information of your bill to kuvatilaus settlements system (the most important information that must be correct are the account number and reference number).

• The settlement will go to payments next monday and you will receive an email receipt of the payment. The money will transfer in couple bank days later to your account.
