Pricelists

You can determine selling prices and your product line in your pricelists. You can make several different pricelists to use in different photography events or if you need to make separate pricelists to different clients. You can also determine the handling fee according to the pricelist.

By clicking the product name in the productlist you can see the product picture larger. If you manufacture pictures by yourself or you send them yourself to manufacturer, you must remember to choose only products you can produce.

There is a link in the right top corner on the page Pricelist where you can make a new pricelist. In the end of the row on every pricelist there is a Edit -button so you can change the settings in the pricelist and print it. If you want to delete a pricelist you will find the button in Edit -page left side bottom of the page. Do not delete a pricelist that is in use in photo event that is active.

In the pricelist you can put on or off different products that you want to offer. On the same row with the product you can choose the product picture. Put your mouse on top of the empty product picture and all the alternatives will show. You can also download your own product picture from the little cloud symbol that is on top of the right side in the product picture window. If you make for example a wedding pricelist, you can choose wedding theeme like product pictures or for pet photography you can choose dog product pictures.

All the prices in the page Pricelists includes VAT.

In the end of the product list row there is a picture of a settings wheel. Under that you can set for example variable pricing. You can set the first copy on certain price and then add price steps to make more copies less expensive. If you select the price per row it means that the unit price is applied according to the number of copies of single photo instead of all products that are in the cart. For example the first photo can be 7 euros, 2-4 photos from the same photo can be 6 euros per each and 5 or more copies can be set for 5 euros per each and etc.
