First when you start to design a new graphic you must choose which product or products you are making it. You can add graphics to different themes such as sports, weddings, children, Christmas etc. so that users can find easily what type of graphics are they looking for. Product graphics are combination of a different elements that work like layers in photoshop or illustrator. 

 

Element types are Picture, Text, Graphic element and Logo.

 

In the picture area the clients own picture will be shown. There can be one or several picture areas (usually there are only one but e.g. player card has two front and back because it is double sided, in the photo sheets there are as many photo areas as there is pictures in the sheet and in photo folder for 3 photographs there is 3 photo areas). 

 

You can make an example text area that can be edited by the customer.

 

Graphic element is the area in the product where you place graphics.

 

Logo element you can use e.g. sports photography sessions, posters and group photos. Photographer can download a logo of a certain event which will then show in this logo element area.

• Graphics are added to your Product graphics -category. Create new product graphic set e.g. Weddings or Sports groups and Create new design template. ​

• Choose a category for example Thank you and select which product you are creating a design "Thank you card 10x20 cm landscape".

• Make a photoshop file that is 20 cm wide and 10 cm high, select all area and see the info for the pixel dimensions. Add them to the new product graphic layer and choose OK. Now you have the base of the new graphic.

• Then add element and choose graphic. This is the background of your thank you card. Then Add element photo and edit the size and location of the picture hole. Then you can add also text and data field First name. Then it will show clients first name on the sample card. You can also edit the font and colour. When you are done save settings and the new Thank you card -graphic is ready.
